Within 30 days of termination you may elect to have your data returned (JSON export of scans, issues, custom rules, user accounts, and audit trail, delivered as ZIP). Encrypted SuccessFactors credentials are securely deleted rather than returned. If no election is made, all customer personal data is deleted within 60 days. Details are set out in the Data Processing Agreement, Section 12.
