Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the SFADDON Terms of Service and defines the boundaries of acceptable use. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Authorised Use
SFADDON is authorised for use by licensed SAP SuccessFactors customers or their authorised system integrators that have obtained written authorisation from the tenant owner and are using SFADDON for legitimate business purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not use SFADDON to:
- Connect to any SAP SuccessFactors tenant you are not explicitly authorised to use
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's algorithms, AI behaviour, or any proprietary components
- Circumvent or interfere with multi-tenant isolation controls that protect other customers' data
- Perform automated bulk data extraction or replicate SFADDON functionality
- Share reports or service data publicly without your organisation's written approval
- Access accounts or data belonging to other SFADDON customers
- Conduct penetration testing or vulnerability scanning against SFADDON infrastructure without prior written consent from SFADDON
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or feature restrictions
4. API and Rate Limits
SFADDON enforces per-organisation rate limits. You must not circumvent limits through request distribution across multiple accounts, IP rotation, or other technical means. Contact support for high-volume use cases.
5. Credential Security
Each user must have their own account; MFA must remain enabled; SAP SuccessFactors API credentials must use the least privilege the service requires. Report any suspected compromise to security@sfaddon.com immediately.
6. Reseller and Consultant Use
System integrators using SFADDON on behalf of multiple clients must obtain a separate licence for each client organisation. Sharing a single subscription across multiple client tenants is not permitted.
7. Enforcement
Confirmed violations may result in a written warning, immediate account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity. SFADDON may also report violations to applicable regulatory authorities.
